I'm going to setup a new sump on my 125 gallon. My hopes is to design it so everything can be moved to my eventual 250+ tank. I'm going to use a Max-flow 2000 as the return pump. I have two 1.5 inch bulkheads.
I'm stuck as to what to use for mechanical filtration on the sump. I was going to go quick and cheap by using a sterilite drawer cart. However I've been seeing more and more people using socks. Which do you like better and why?
