Is this a Spiny Soft-shell?

Looks like it could be but, give me a description of how smooth/rough its shell is and get a few better quality pics.

Yep, its kinda rough, but not kinda super rough. I'm having second thoughts if it's a spiny or chinese softshell. Do spiny soft-shells has that white markings on the neck? Sorry no more pics.

Chinese. And no, nothing looks wrong with the head it's just twisting it.
