i have kept a spiny softshell turtle before in my tank but it ate all my fish,arowana,peacock bass so i had to get rid of it but i was wondering would it be a stupid idea to catch a wild one that is kinda big becuase i see them on the bank whenever i go to this portion of the colorado river near havasu i have heard they are agressive and will bite u i would like to keep another but my lfs would probably get only asain softshells and also these turts are called smooth softshells is there anything different about this turtle than the spiny softshells??
