Soil querry.

I think you could just put regular soil, but it's not really the best for a vivarium. Go buy artificial soil, they sell them in big squares, and you put those in water and they expand into some real nice soil. That's what I use for my russian tortoise, and it works great.

I think your talking about coconut fiber which is awesome stuff. I use it for my sulcatta.
