My opinion no I looked at the link but compare the jaws. the P's have a very distinct jaw and mercury904's fish looks like a P to me but not sure if it's a really young RB or one of the fin eaters! but like I said that's just my opinon.

its a red belly piranha. Pacus and such has an overbite while piranhas have a underbite.
