Doesn't look like most of the Orinos I have seen. He doesn't have the ocellated bars. they seem more straight. I'm leaning more towards plezonia? maybe hybrid? i'm sure some cichla expert could chime in 
I'm new to cichlas.. but from all the pictures and stuff i've read it doesn't seem to have any traits of an orino? what makes Orino stand out for you on this?
Def an orino, looks like a snookn orino, idk where snookns collection point is so ill just refer to it as that
