Solenoid for Auto Water Changer?

Has anyone built an automatic water changer? I'm wondering where to get a solenoid valve for the refill? Any other input would also be appreciated.

I believe mcmaster car has them they use the same hose as an ro unit

i tried a lawn sprinkler solenoid valve and it didn't work. I guess the pressure has to be high enough to seal it completely.

I use Toro lawn sprinkler solenoid and controller on my 750g. Running with no problems for over 2 years. I ran 1/2" copper to under the tank and then used the 5/8" valve. My house is well water with the pressure ranging from 40-60 psi I believe. Grainier will sell what you need as well . I went with the lean sprinkler route for ease of setup and taking guesswork out of getting it to work properly

I used a sprinkler solenoid as well. Ran great for at least a year until I changed my mind and made it a constant flow water changer.
