Solitary Fish

Was going to do a festae breeding setup, but can't afford another tank, so instead I'm looking to do one solitary badass by himself in a 100g tank, most likely a 180g by the time he's done growing. Thinking along the lines of dovii and umbee, but can't think of anymore. Looking for a real personable glassbanger.

I'd go for a large male jag. I think a dovii might outgrow a 180. I've had some real evil glass banging jags lol

I've had a Jag, a great fish indeed, he was very merciful though, King of the tank with no aggression until challenged, any fish challenging him was instantly smacked by him.

How about a nice flowerhorn? Get 'em small and grow him out. He'll attach to you and start to interact with you in no time! There great fish!

My current jag is like that but others I've had where just mean luck of the draw I guess

x2. Mine is 10" and has the best personality I've ever seen in a cichlid. Great fish!
