solomon island skink

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
that is an awesome animal! Too bad the price tag is less than awesome :(

By european standarts that is a good price for this species. The last I´ve seen was in the 1500 euro mark.:screwy: Oh the good old days when you where able to get one by less than 250 euro:cry:

Now those babies have to be captive bred to get up, I had two of these guys back in the day. They were loaded with worms and i had a hard time getting to eat properly, needless to say they died. But you get what you pay for. Im sure the ones that are captive bred are much better and more than likely worth the money, Think blue tounge that climbes and is larger.

Havent seen them in years? I see them on KS about twice a month, although they have been less and less common.

I REALLY would like them, they are one of my fave lizards, but by the time I could afford one at the current price tag, theyll cost more than my house!

In my defence I don't go looking for skinks on Kingsnake.com, thank you very much.

Lol, just havent had time to go on any forums lately with rowing, school, and the herps. Not to mention my girlfriend! :D How you been lately Varanio? Did you see Lance's new argus cage on varanus? That thing is sweet!

I don't go looking for anything on KS either, I just browse around the classifieds in computer graphics class when the teacher isnt looking and save pictures of whatever looks cool.
