some advice from experienced fh breeders

I had a batch of eggs turn white on me...
So now I'm wondering what had happened
I have some question
1. What is the ideal temp(I was told 86-88)
2. At what point do I turn off the mechanical filters(powerhead & hob filters)
3. Should I use anti fungus stuff(for the next batch)
4. Can I break the pair up and then rejoin at a later date
My female is so dark and I think she could use some recoop time...I've also heard it takes a month before she will be ready again is this correct...thanks peeps I just don't want to lose another batch of eggs

i keep the water around 85-90
i turn off the filters/powerhead when the fry hatch so they dont get sucked up
i dont use anti fungus if the eggs are fertilized there wont be any fungus on them
i swap females and males all the time and rejoin them. you only have problems when you have a super aggresive male.
