I'm no photographer by a long shot - just thought I'd show the shots. These were all taken on automatic by the camera under Power Compact 50/50 actinic lighting...he really does show that much purple throughout his body though.

Very fun fish, thanks Reiner.

I didn't mean to be negative in any way, was just trying to add a touch of constructiveness to my reply instead of merely saying "Nice work" ;)

Cool Freakin fish Jason...... I thought it came from Reiner!

I keep a lot of cichlids - I mainly specialize in South American's and have been caring for cichlids for roughly 15 years now - current list:

Amphilophous nourisatti
Geophagus sp. Tapajos "Orange Head"
Pterophyllum scalare
Pterophyllum leopoldi
Microgeophagus altipinosa
Microgeophagus ramirezi
Hypselecara temporalis
Altolamprologus compressiceps sp. "firefin"
Lamprologus multifasciatus
Lamprologus ocellatus "gold"
Guinacara sp.

I think that's it?
