What he said. As always. Thanks.

A few questions, though: What is the length of these gorgeous fish? How old are these specimens? Are they mature?

I'm guessing they're living in a pretty roomy tank, as they sure look like fast swimmers!

Hristo, the photos are close to Perfection, of course and the specimen are stunners. You always have excellent specimen, here in US it's tough to find Quality fish.

Chris, looking at those, they do not seem "mature" yet. These guys reach 9-10" TL, I have seen them that size and they are STUNNERS. They get so much nicer with age, thicker bodies, real torpedo shape. Imagine a really colorful bala shark that does not get spooked easily.

One of my favorite Barbs too, but I caution anyone keeping them, Species tank. In my experience with them, even in juvi form, no other fish can get to food until these guys are overfed to the point they look like they will explode. They make silver dollars seem like slow feeders.

Thank you, Pals!

Yes, agree with Ed…
I got these Fellows in some of my Discus/Tetras/Rainbows tanks (200-500liters)
There are young…around 10cm. long now, but their colors are really stunners!
And They change that color nuance permanently…sometimes look more “golden”…
sometimes more “greenish”…and always faster than torpedo…:-P
I’m planning to get a high quality video camera from a friend soon and make a video clip about…
Here are two more shots:
