here is a link to a short article i found on the web. i though most of the info seemed accurate so i figured i would share this for those of you looking to get a gar or who have just bought a gar. the only things i dont like about the article is it doesnt list sizes and detailed info of each individual gar.

i thought so too. it is very basic, but gives a decent foundation for a beginner.

yeah, at least this guy modified his article...back in the day he just copied exactly what richard had posted on a couple sites and passed it off as his own. it's very basic information because the guy posting it doesn't know any of his own stuff.

a good article at first look, but unfortunate that it has such a clouded history behind it.--

I liked the article for the sole reason, the unique reason that this guy, at least, knows that it is not the whole world deals with gallons and fahrenheits, instead, some of us relate to litres and Celsius degrees....LOL

Yeah he sounds like he knows what he is talking about because he STOLE it from someone who does know...I see it has been changed somewhat from the original that I posted years back but is still just a dumbed down version still using the same information with the exact same format. He even keeps the same Typo I made when I first posted this and was unsure of something...

Thanks I actually like to try to use metric when I can...

well i guess that would explain why i liked it.
