i was just wondering what kind of plants in general are good that don't die too easily and is worth it.....ever heard of anubias? thnx in advanced..

i only have one plant and i even don't know what it is.. but it looks like it has big leaves and it's in a small plastic pot like container. sorry really don't know anything on plants. i just buy them because they look good.

Without special lighting, you can select from many plants including anubias nana, bolbitis, java fern, and onion plant. All plants, however, do better with a basic drop-per-gallon plant food containing iron.

Easy, Anacharis. It will grow in almost any condition. Coldwater, tropical, low Light high light, doesn't matter.

anubias is realy easy to grow. so are several members of the cryptocorne family. some of the aponogetons are easy too, as with most swords as well. water sprite can be almost impossible to kill at times as well

I recommend crypts. If I can't kill them no one can.

Also ludwigia, java moss, and for something different, frog-bits.
