Some fish help here please

For the past couple of days my gt and parrot have just been hanging out at the bottom of the tank and not really swimming and when they do, they have their fins locked to their bodies and only use them when they really need to.

i have them in a 100g tank with 1 pacu and 1 oscar. the parrot doesnt even make an effort to come up to eat anymore. my pacu and oscars are still lively as ever... any help would be appreciated, thanks!

its probably something to do with your water quality. what are your parameters? with huge messy fish like pacus and oscars a tank can get fouled up in no time. if you don't have a pond for that pacu i would suggest finding a new home for him that does, how big are all of your fish right now and how old are they?
