So i have a 100 gal with a silver aro and a bagarius cat.. i noticed that there is a slimy thin layer above the water...what can i do to fix this?? The aro has been jumpy too does this mean water change?? someone please help me out thanks!!

What kind of filtration is running on the tank? Is the filtration return agitating the water surface? There is probably not enough oxygen exchange and it is effecting the aro. I would drop an airstone in there asap, than figure out your filtration. GL 
Aro's are happiest when the top water is pristine...
