Some help with whisper 60 hang on the back ffilter

Hi guys,

I use a whisper 60 filter but when I open the valve fully it kind of overflows from the center where the pipe is.
So that's is unfiltered water right???
What is/can be the solution??

I will post some pics so you guys can have a better idea.

If it's not going through the filter cartridge, it is unfiltered water.

When was the last time you changed the cartridge? Is this a single or double cartridge model?

The 60 should be the dual filter pad model. The one I had always had some bypass. Clogged or dirty filter inserts made it worse. Its the nature of the beast.
