some kind of worm need help

i just got done feedind my fish feeder gold fish and if it wasnt 4 my fubu puffer that eats so messy i would not have nottised that after he ripped apart 1 feeder i noticed that the feeder gut were moving so i reached in and pulled it out and it was still moving its like a worm its thin and red in color has anybody come across this are my fish that ate the other feeder going to catch that paricite is there meds that i can put in the water ?

i had the feeders in a 5g bucket for about 4 day so they would have diejested any food that they might of had ate but this thing is stiff like when u touch it it about 3'' long thin like the size of fishing line nothin like a blood worm or earthworm so i still need info thnxs
