Not sure if this is where to post, so apologizes in advance, mods.

Everyone knows that monster means huge.
But sometimes there are teeny monsters, like the blue gularis,
or the halfbeak,
or the Amazon molly, of which there are only females!

So maybe you want a monster fish, but your spouse limits you to a new 10 gallon. And wants it planted.

So you come here.

Because anyone can keep an oscar,
but a fish that naturally lives for just one rainy season,
getting them to spawn is a challenge!

MARCH 13, 2010, held in Phoenix AZ, the Arizona Rivulin Keepers proudly present:

The 12th annual Southwest Area Killifish Event (SAKE)!

LOCATION:
Ramada Plaza Hotel Phoenix at Metro Center
Phoenix, AZ 85029 US

REGISTRATION:
There is no registration fee to attend SAKE but we ask that you "register" before the event. To do so, PM me and I will pass you the email address to register at.

We will have a silent auction, a day-long raffle, normal auction, AND guest speakers, including Rhonda Wilson (ever read TFH? She does the plant column!).

NO cost to attend either, as long as you pre-register (and no cost for that either!).

AND if for some reason you can't attend, but would like to make a donation of fish, inverts, plants, etc, please PM me as well.

wow is it only for killifish?

Killifish are the main staple, but people bring in all kinds of stuff; last year we had Ron Harlan come and he donated a ton of South American cichlids and killis, as well as cories. Shrimp and plants are common, guppies and other livebearers, etc. I myself will be bringing some bristlenose plecos too.
