Canon 400D (XTI)
These were taken with a 70-200 L series (F2.8) non IS.
Seeting varied greatly-I forgot to switch my ISO from 800 to 100-

Meaning the pics are not nearly as good as they could be...But I'll live with the results...

I use an overhead flash to get my lighting.

Generally most of my shots are as follows though-
ISO-100
F-14 and greater
Shutter1/250 and greater
