I'm not certain of the species and their requirements, but i dont think keeping them in little bowls is right. Regardless if its part of a "5,000 year old culture"

I like in the one video how he says how the turtle is still sleeping. It's really because it's cold, dry, dehydrated and probably has dust bunnies in it's eyes!

i bet all those turtles will have shell rot and other various diseases. in the first one it looks like the back end of the turtle is floating above the rest of the turtle. maybe a respitory infection? yeah keep it wet and cool and the infection will clear right up.
