Its a Chuco Micropthalamus. He's hard to get shots of because he moves so much. I ussually take about 40 shots just to get 1 decent pic.

Thanks. The Rhytisma is very hard to keep healthy. Probably 1 of the hardest fish I've tried to raise from a small fry but he's doing pretty well thses days.

I always have trouble with the Astatheros types getting enough to eat. They can't seem to compete with the more aggressive eaters. I had good success feeding floaters and tiny sinkers at the same time since the sifters will have time to get their share from the bottom while the aggressive boys are at the top. Still tough though.......

Adding sand helped too.
