I keep a male and female RTM with the male and female Cubans and a small school of silver dollars in a 125. I keep the pair of reticulated pike alone in a 55. I have the breeding colony of Pseudocrenilabrus nicholsi with some amphilophus lyonsis that I'm growing out in a 100.

Awesome collection! I especially love the Pseudocrenilabrus nicholsi. They are some good looking african cichlids that I am interested in. Do you have any spawns from them at all?

I've watched the female lay eggs. I've watched the male fertilize them. I've watched the female immediately pick them back up. I've seen wigglers moving in the females' mouths after a while. I've never actually seen any of them spit out free swimming fry. I've put 0 effort into trying. I keep telling myself that next time I see one holding I'll move her to a hospital tank and strip her to try to save some fry. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.
