The second fish is a young P. synspilum, not a black belt. The loisellei looks like a young male to me. You're probably going to have some compatibility issues with these fish they mature. Thorichthys ellioti are slow growers and will probably become stressed by the larger more aggressive fish in the tank. The two Parachromis may have difficulty getting along (RTMs are mean), and in my experience male salvini have a lot of attitude. Not sure about the cubans - they have a reputation for high levels of aggression as well, but some seem to be more mellow. It's always a crap shoot, but you may find there'll be a need to re-home some of these guys once the reach sexual maturity.

You've got a nice looking tank by the way.

Thanks yes I think I am in for a handful. The Loiselle was the last addition even after I said I was done.. One of the ellioti is already pretty much full grown, I've had him for a few years, the rest are his kids, originally the plan was to use ellioti as dithers and I had another 8 of them but they were too small to go in this tank when I had to close theirs down, I kept the larger and the rest went to a new home.
One of my original goals was to keep the tank all female, I didn't do too badly... if the loiselle is a male, the similarity to the rtm I bet will definitely cause issues.. We'll see how it goes. That's what I figured for the 'black belt' as well it looks more like synspilum to me as well, but this is the first I have owned, and he/she is feisty that's for sure, for one of the smallest in the tank.

The tank was built for the RTM, .. sadly who is the most shy fish in the tank, but the biggest... but if anyone gives her a hard time they will be pulled.
