the spot on the tail is a scuff that has gone away...it smacked a stick to get a shrimp...does anyone know if it is a male or female...i know sexing them is done best when paired but just a thought.

thanx and yes it was around 10" my brother-in-law found it after about 8-10 min after i left...when i was leaving i hear something weaird but i didn't think it was the aro...it never jumped before...8-10min later i got a phone call and i turned around to speed home cause he said "i found your big fish dead on the floor"...i told him to put it in the tank and i am comming...obviously it lived but it goes to show a good top is MANDATORY not and possibility...i though "it wont happen to me" and i didn't have a top on my tank...that day i got a plexi glass top.
