Some pics of my little cichlid tank..

I mean tank with little cichlids. I started it to get a pair of pikes establihed but added a few more cichlids as "dithers" I guess. I got a bunch of haitiensis juvs from polomax last week and I had a small festae already in it, along with 3 juv c. sveni, a 3'' distichodus, and 1 crenicichla sp.bellycrawler. I have since removed the barred midas.
The tank is a 60g acrylic ( you can see stress cracks in some of the pics) that is fully planted. Im having algea issues cause its close to a window, but its in check as we speak. About what size will these haits start to dig? Hope yall like it, its just a quick slap together.

Nevertheless i am afraid that soon they will start digging and therefore unrooting your plants and that will just get worse and worse as they get bigger

If it was only pikes I wouldnt sweat it, but I realize this fact and am making future arrangments for the haits.

I hear the dad was somethin' else. I got the distichodus at ocean blue , 2'' for $35.
