Some pics of my ReModel

I was bored and thought I would share some minor pics of my major remodel. I bought my house on the 3rd of March and started ReModeling on the 11th of April. The following has/is going to get done... (Hope I remember everything)

90% of drywall replaced and do bullnose corner bead
knocked out some walls
insolation
All New Bigger Vynal Windows
ADT Security System for everything
100% roof
100% new appliances/Kitchen and laundry room
Red Oak floors and some carpet
Paint Interior/Exterior
Land scaping/ Fencing
100% New bathroom and add a closet
Molding
French Doors in master bed room (Dims 16'x22')
Beef up under the house incase I want my tank in the living room
Garage...
Cant think of what else is done or almost done

Exterior has not been touched with the exeption of windows and the siding

Today is the day I move in. The interior is almost done. I say in about 2 weeks it will be 100% done inside and my 300 should go up next week for sure


1st pic is a shot from the dinner area looking towards the first two rooms. Far left and right. In the middle is the bathroom and a hallway

2nd pic is where the bathroom used to be and you are able to see in the first room

The rest you should be able to know what is what

Last pic was just taken yesterday as they started on the siding

My 11"+ GATF is in a Temp tank, 2 4" VATFs are also in a temp tank, and my 3" Armatus is in a grow out tank

. I also know and have good deals on projects. Like 100% of my Electrical brand spanking new and up to code and added some 220s and 3 smoke detectors AND 4 new lights in the living room for.............................$1000.00 Steal of the year. Cheapest quote I got was 6,000.00 just to re-do the wiring without the 220s and other stuff

No doubt, when its done, my door is open (just have to turn off the
ADT)

Tank is in our MasterBed Room (16'x22')

White Frig, is the old one and we just put in our appliances yesterday

Still have a lot to do thou... landscaping, fencing etc...

WOW you made a lot of progress since I was there to pick up a fish. Once you are done and the 300 is set up I would like to come over again and check out the finished house and of course your collection.
