I do have one question:
I have read on many sites that they do not mix well with other royals yet I see a lot of people keeping royals with royals.

How much is really true about the aggression of these plecos?
I have them in a 220 and before a 125 the fight for hiding spots at grist but after that they do fine at last count had 12 royals. And 40 places total little fighting! Depends on the fish have had aggressive ones!
