hopefully someone will know what this is, although its native fish and not tropicals.
ok its not ich...its like there is a white film (almost like dry skin although looks wet) almost looks like it can be rubbed off. i had it before and then i did massive water changes but didnt use meds...(i never have so im unfamiliar) but i now added new fish and the new fish already have it...so now i wanna treat the whole tank.
also some fish look like they have air bubbles on them...why is that?

nitrites are 0
