Vallisneria, swords, java moss, anubias, hornwort. I keep the latter four in my Xenopus laevis tank and she beats the devil out of them with her kicking and they are still in great condition.

isnt SDs plant eaters ?

Often, the leaves will get bitten off the stem and get stuck on the intake of my filter. I check the intake daily and want to avoid this. My amazon swords have held up great but want to try something different and perhaps larger.

Java ferns would be your best option, as they generally have a bitter taste to most fish (especially cichlids).
They come in all different variations, e.g. Microsorum pteropus 'narrow leaf', 'windelov', 'philippine', 'tropica', 'red', etc.
They have thick leaves and shouldn't be touched by silver dollars, though your mileage may vary.
