Well I moved him to the 55g tank with the last 2 shortnose gars. He seems to have adjusted really well, is eating aggressively, and doesn't seem to have any issues with getting enough food. His spots are still looking really good too. Much more active in the larger tank, but I guess that's cuz he actually has space to swim now :).

That's one thing I noticed as well. He does have a comparatively longer snout than either of my Florida's. His snout is almost the same length as the Florida's, but he's almost 4" shorter in body length...
