Some weird infection please HELP (take a look)

Hey so, we left for 2 days and our Venustus who we have had for at least 2 years has some weird infection type thing. It looks really nasty looks like she is trying to poop out a rock. Its not a rock, it kinda looks like what would be an intestine or something.(its soft) No one else in the tank that was with her is sick,that we can see right now. We took her out and put her in a 10g by herself. Shes about 4 inches. Shes acting fine she ate and everything but yea. PLEASE HELP! shes one of the favorites. Oh and no we havent added anyone new, and havent changed anything. Water params are normal. nitrates a little bit high but they have been for a while. Any idea what I should do? She was 100% normal when we left 2 days ago.

I've got no clue what or why it is but i had a parrotfish at my shop that had the same deal i didnt feed for like a week and it went away.Im not sure what happened from there as someone bought that fish while i was off for a week during thanksgiving

hmm yea, went to a lfs got some tetracycline sooo we put that in the quaren. tank where shes at. It looks a little smaller but she has a tiny tiny tiny..like the size of a hair clear string comming out her bum. I thought it may be a parasite of some kind. We didnt feed her today, shes acting like nothings goin on shes just being her old self. Id take a pic but its the thickness of a hair. We are gonna put some more tetracycline in tomorrow then do a water change then treat her again. I hope she will make it. Its nice to know yours survived. Im just worried because she hasnt pooped since we put her in there. I hope she does better
