It's amazing the things that can affect a nuchal hump on a fish. I figured out a couple of weeks ago that my heaters weren't working like they used to. I can't complain because I've been using the same ones for over 10 years. However the tank had been hovering between 68 and 70 which is about 10 degrees lower than I prefer to keep the tank. So, I was running low on fish food too so I ordered some NLS and a couple of Stealth heaters from kensfish.com and now the 125 and 75 are back up to 78 degrees like they're supposed to be. A day after the temp got back to normal his hump started to get a little bigger. It's still not the size that it was in my avatar because he has no real competition in the tank but it's larger than it was before. :)

Handsome fish, I had the same thing I actually lowered the temp to 78 (tried to calm him down a little) and saw my RD's appatite and hump decrease. Once I raised the temp back to 80 he started eating more, his color improved and his hump became more pronounced. Your Xilos are amazing looking!
