A stressed Pseudancistrus sp. (L122) with a chance it might be Hemiancistrus guahiborum. Both species are found in the same region and are similar looking, although the L122 has a flatter body shape and a different tail shape, amongst other things. L122 are generally "commoner", not that either are your every day pleco.
