Yours is stressed but the bars seem to have quite alot of gold trim coould be Occell but usually the black lateral line points in the direction of mono also... Either way you will enjoy them

Yes they were a little stressed, they had just gone in the new tank, only hd then a few days now, justv gave them some glass worm, only just begun to eat. when i got them the chap said they were Ocellaris, but from what i have seen a lot of young look similar.

Is it true that it can be hard to tell the type untill they grow a bit more, a bit bigger?

I am definatly not an expert by any stretch but some key points to look at are markings head shape for sure Occell and mono have completly diff head shape but this small personally an inch or so of growth makes a world of difference ...
