Something’s up with my flowerhorn.

Since yesterday my flowerhorns been acting very inactive and dull. His colors have become a bit darker. He is eating but less aggressively than usual. Something seems wrong with a part of his scales tho. Can someone tell me what’s wrong and what I can do to fix it.

what’s your water change schedule? What are you feeding? What’s your water parameters? Tankmates? I’d dab those areas on the side with methylene blue for now from a qtip.
