Basically title, I want to feed my Oscar's something different as a treat to them. I feed earth worms as a weekly treat now and they eat hikari daily. I don't/won't be willing to feed feeders. Anyone got any cool suggestions?

Awhah, can't believe I didn't think of crickets! I actually fed them a bunch of those may flies that come every year and stick on everything they were like 5050 on liking them

All store Bought insects are a good choice. Such crickets, earth worms, red wriggler worms, meal worms, and super worms. These are top main choices. If you don't like feeders because of the "inhumanity" or because of the diseases there are other options for fish protein such as tilapia fillets or shrimp cut up. These are also good healthy treats. Freeze dried blood worms too... But they are like potato chips to fish. Not the healthiest for the bigger guys. Tubifex not suggested but can feed that too. Or squid fillets as well. Though be careful. All salt water proteins will change the ph. Also squid is kinda fatty as well. There are also cockles or clams. Tons of stuff u can give.

Why not try fruits and veggies? Oscars are omnivores, and eat quite a bit of these in nature.

I agree with darthpike.try veggie disks made for plecos.I use freeze dried shrimp or krill for my bigger fish also
