Something floating in tank, worm?

The other day I was doing a WC on my 75 gallon which has been setup for 3 weeks. I noticed about 5 worms no longer then 1/4" floating/swimming they were white and really skinny.
Shape was kind of like multiple S stacked on top of each other.
There is currently 1 3" pleco and 8 Tetras in the tank. The tetras quickly ate the visible worms. Anyone have any idea what kind of worms they were?

i would say planaria but they dont tend to swim i think they may be something called detritus worms but those may be planaria but idk i read osmehwere about them but forgot the location

id treat with prazipro and chrozipro just as a precatuion
