Something good and cheap to seal a cement pond

Started 6 years ago and over replace in the liner so I cemented it in now now kn money and need too seal it please help 12x6x3

No idea, I am sure you guys have an equivalent. Not sure how much it would cost to ship 25kg buckets. They only cost about £25 a bucket.
