All cichlids, have two sets of jaws (as do moray eels, and many other fish), the obviously visible ones on the outside of the mouth, and another smaller set that begins further back in the mouth (much like Alien).
This may be what you are seeing, so don't start medicating without knowing for sure.
Because fish don't have hands, they use the outer jaws to grasp food, and at the same time use the pharageal jaws to process it down the throat.
They can also process one item with the pharyngeal jaws, , while grasping another, and sometimes hold large items, and slowly process a little at a time (i.e. a fish nearly the predators own size).
Many aquarists worry their cichlid is choking, but in reality it may be just slowly grinding up the item.
Depending on what type food the cichlid eats in nature, will determine the size, and shape of the extra set of jaws, and teeth on it.

Just seems strange it’s only in the corner , I’ll keep a eye on it the last thing I want to do is treat it if it’s just a false alarm , thanks for info
