something is up with my GT's eye

been battling ich all the spots are gone everyone stopped itching but my GT has developed this cloudy pack over his eye. im treating with seachems cupromine salt and 84-85 degree temps.
has anyone seen this and if so what is it and what do i do?

also please disregard the build up of garbage at the bottom of the tank. i havnt done a water change so that i can let the cupromine do its thing. i test the water every day and the water parameters are ideal

Is his mouth okay? What are his tankmates? I had an fh that got her eye bit by a tankmate and it looked very similar.
