Somewhere lost
He is having issues moving. Looks like something is wrong with the right hind leg. Any possibilities? Also he hasn't shed completely. The humidity is 75%, and he get's crickets with anole food and gets reptocal on the crickets 2 times a week, it has d3 in it. He didn't even bite me when I went to pick him up which he normally does. Only time he gets handled when I go go change all the bedding in the tank. It is a 30gl. He is the only thing in it.

Does he have access to ultraviolet light? The leg looks kind of like metabolic bone disease to me.

that would be m.b.d. for sure. he needs a uv light. and you might try bumping the humidity into the mid 80's. he might also need some extra calcium supplement in his diet....

ok a cricket might have gotten him. and a 25 uv won't cut it in a 30. that might cover a 15. you might need a 50-60 uv. hope it helps...

Right now I put him in a small 1-2 gallon container so I can keep a better eye on him.I have the same uv on him but not close to the cage. Would a 75 day blue light work better on the 30?

If the blue light has a good output of UVB then yes but usually incandescents do not give of any UV light so you need a florescent. stress may be making it worse so cover his tank so that he cant see out of it. moisten the substrate and keep him nice and warm.

He is in a small container instead of the 30 so I can keep an eye on him. He tends to blend into the bedding to well, but can't with a paper towel. It is an rzilla I just checked the site and it said that it does.
