Something Sketchy??

So I've seen Dave's Rare Aquarium Fish while looking for wild caught and F1 mbuna. Today, while I was looking for a website that sells congo spiny eels I ran across this little number...

Anyone have any experience with either of these two companies?? Is this just two websites for the same business?? It just seemed a little odd that they both had the same logo... and much of both websites is exactly the same.
