something wrong with my tank

I bought a healthy pleco from a on line vendor and within days the poor fish has sunken eyes and stomach with some white slimey coating all over it is this ammonia poisoning but rest of the tank was still healthy.

Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, temp, tank size, tankmates, who sold you the pleco, what kind of pleco, how big is the pleco?
