somethings wrong with my fish plz help

hey there! i recently moved my red devil to his new aquarium and for the past two days he is like "tweaking". im worried he might die because he is my favorite fish i have haha. but yea any help? please? thnx-lincoln09

what does tweaking mean? did u cycle the tank? make sure the temp was cool?

Only seen tweaking when water parameters are way off.
So,what are your ammonia,nitrates etc doing?
Did you cycle the new tank properly?

yes i cycled the tank correctly. like a week ahead of time and like i even added those liquid dat makes ur tank cyle "instantly" before putting my fish in so idk. and everything seems to be fine. thnx for replying

A proper tankcycle will take 30-40 days.....
Please check your waterparameters, i think that will help!

hmm the guy at the store was wrong then...he said a week. well ill check the waterparameters

In my experience, no matter how much time was allowed to cycle a tank and no matter what additives were used, you can't go wrong with like a 20% water change everyday or every other day for a few weeks with a new tank. Keep testing, keep changing water until it stabilizes. This approach works for me. Good luck.

try seeding the filter, or adding a HOB filter from an established tank
