Sometimes big lures only catch big bass

that has happend to me soooo many times. don't even know you have a fish on till you reel it all the way in!
Hahah! That's excellent. I've had similar catches, but the size of the fish to lure there far out weighs any overeager little guys I've ever caught. Wow, that was a mouthful.
If it were not for the fact that I was fishing top-water I don't know that I would have ever felt him...and I was using my best rod at the time (Carrot Stick!)kevinfleming21;4305766; said:
