So after acquiring a used 75G tank a couple of weeks ago ($75), I carried it (by myself) up to my 2nd floor apartment. Didn't have too much trouble getting it there. Resealed it, because the seems looked a bit worn. Took it to my parents house to water test it in their driveway for a couple of weeks. So 2 weeks goes by, no leaks, so I drain it and get it back into my car.

Now, I don't know if my muscles were a bit tired (acquired a 165G tank and stand the previous day for $100 :headbang2) but things went downhill getting the 75G home. I get it back to the apartment, and in the process of carrying it upstairs (again, by myself), lose my balance and have 150+ lbs of glass tank come crashing down the stairs on top of me. Fortunately, I only suffered some minor cuts, but the tank smashed into about a million pieces. :swear:

So in retrospect... sometimes it's better to just get a hand than to try and do it all yourself. :irked:
