I love em!!!! I wanted to order from that guy but I heard a few bad things about em. How was your transaction with him?
It was no problem.
I prepaid, used my Visa / Paypal so figured they could take care of it if there was a problem. I spoke with the guy about what happens if wrong fish, etc. I ordered some of the argyostictus, he got altifrons instead, gave me a chance to get a refund on those, I went ahead and bought the altifrons.
I met him to pick up the fish in Dallas, which is about a 5 hour drive from Tulsa. I had other business there, so we met at a mall and put the box of fish in my car no sweat. He does it as a side business, so I don't think he can absorb the cost of a large order without payment up front (like a storefront could)- which I agree was a red flag for me, but I decided to roll the dice and it paid off, IMO.

Cool deal. Rapps has the other variety. He is asking like $75 a pop for em. How many did you get and I noticed you got some other Geos in the video too?

I got 12... so I got 12 for the price of 2 of Rapps. Not knocking Rapps, his fish are great, but the price is basically what led me to the gamble. That, and I've read the Retro's ship poorly, so I figured Dallas was worth a shot.
The other Geo's are supposed to be altifrons, although at this size they are hard to tell, could be just about any surinamensis complex member. The list showed argyostictus, but I was notified ahead of time they couldnt get the argyo's (DOH!) and was offered a refund. At the time I had 3 med altifrons, but the ice storm got those :-(, so I took these (8).
I noticed you're looking for Orangehead- ArnoldZiffles on aquabid usually has nice ones.
There's a pair of Balzani in there as well, started doing "the dance" today. If you look on that video thread, my video channel page on youtube has some good eartheater vids. I had a super-bad set of Sat. demon going for a while.

I already got several fish from Arnold. I got a few pics in the photo lounge of the two breeding pairs of OH. One of the females died about after acclimating them. She didn't look good when I opened the box so I called him immediately and he said he'll replace her and then some. They were proven pairs so I'm thinking he is gonna send me another proven pair instead of just a female. The pics are when I first put them in the tank.
I got some Balzanis from Rapps but they're only about 3". I'll check your vids in bit.
