Somthing wrong with my eel! I need help!

Under his eyes some kind of lightred lump. No rocks no sharp thing in the aquarium.... What can i do??

It might be an infection. Post water parameters, ph, gh, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrates.

I havent got tests.. I never need. I change water every week 30%. Can it be Mycobacterium piscium and Nocardia?

I can see some fungi spores on top of red

I also see some fungus, very likely a secondary infection. The underlying lump could be bacterial but also resembles a infected tumor, which could be viral or even a nutrition issue. Being so close to the eye, I might run a course of antibiotics, both a gram positive and negative; like Maracyn 1 and Maracyn 2. Once the bacteria is dealt with the fungus should clear on its own IME.

looks infected more likely bacteria then fungus. Hard to say if the mass is result of injury/infection or there is a primary mass

I would shield your heater to protect your eel from burns, if it hasn't been burned already. Also be sure not to over feed until your eel is healed, last thing you want is rotting food in your tank at this point. Hope he pulls thru.
