Son's Goldfish has major ick

Please help me if it isn't too late...I have several aquariums and have delt with ick before but with African Cichlids. So I would raise the temperature and salt content and that would do it.

This is much different though being cold water. How can I help him and is it too late? He is sitting on the bottom of the tank.

Get some ick treatment medication they sell it at most pet stores
